We have experienced a mail backlog on the ‘a’ side of our mailFeed platform. As a result recipients may have noticed a lower than normal mail flow over the past 1 to 2 hours. The ‘b’ side of our platform continued to operate normally. We continued to receive mail on the ‘a’ side so no inbound email has been rejected and are currently working through the backlog, having resolved the underlying issue. It is estimated the backlog will clear by approximately 14:00 GMT.
