We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity to mail serivces including SMTP, POP3, IMAP and webmail services delivered via the ‘new’ platform. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

No mail will be lost as a result of this issue, it will instead be stored on our offsite secondary Mail server.

  1. The issue has been resolved in conjunction with Dell support. The issue was isolated to the network card drivers, this was strange as we had not changed the drivers on the servers in the new mail farm. After upgrading the NIC drivers on each server it returned stability.

    All email services are now working normally.
