We are currently investigating a windows email problem that is preventing access.

Investigations in to the root cause will be ongoing but initial analysis indicates an issue with connectivity between the mail system and the backend SAN storage. We will be working to determine the precise nature for the connectivity issue.

Mail access has now been restored as of ~ 17:48. No inbound mail will have been lost as a result of the issue as our offsite backup MX will have stored inbound mail during the access issue.
A technical update will follow as soon as we complete our investigations.
